Chuck started in the sunroof business in early 1971 with ASC, working the assembly line. All areas of the installation process were mastered and he became a Leader/Trainer. The company began developing custom top programs and Chuck became involved in that area. Throughout his 10 years in Michigan with ASC he had been involved with sunroof, custom tops and ‘one of a kind’ specialty cars. Chuck moved to San Antonio in 1980. He has been working with the automotive dealerships and local customers for 25 years. Eddy, his son, has been around the shop and his dad since the age of two. Eddy officially began working in the business while still in High School. He now attends all automotive supplier training updates for new products and is working towards his ASE certification in the professional restyling field. Chuck and his son Eddy opened Chuck’s Tops & Trim, Inc. in 1993. They started in a small warehouse that has now grown to a 10,000+sf facility. Chuck and Eddy continue to deliver local San Antonio customers the highest quality of installation, products and customer service.
